In the event that your account is being "Lock" due to multiple attempt of wrong password or wrong pin inserted, you are allowed to unlock your account thru below steps. 

Steps

Step 1: Access the System Login Screen

Step 2: Select "Forget Password / Unlock Account ?" on the Login Screen 

Step 3: Insert the Email or Mobile that you used to registered in the system

Step 4: Insert the TAC that send to your email/mobile

• Please make sure you check your Junk/Spam box if is sending to your email address

Step 5: You will required to insert a new password for your account.

Step 6: Once your new password is set, your account will be unlock. Please proceed to login using your new password.
