In the event that your have forgotten your 6-digit pin for your account, please follow the steps below.

Steps

Step 1: Access the above url. 

Step 2: Login into the system using your credential. 

Step 3: In the homepage, select "Account" and select "Change Six-Digit PIN" from Menu Bar

Step 4: If you have forgotten your current Six-Digit In, Just Click "Reset" 


Step 5: Choose Email or Mobile Number to received authentication code


Step 6: Key in the authentication code and click confirm

Please take note that, Once you change / reset your pin, you must wait 24 Hours later to perform any GSA transfer. ( Maximum 3 times per 24 hrs )
