Members are able to self request convert pending payment to Float when fall conditions below

Conditions:

1. Pending payment transaction >7 working days (minimum requirement)

2. Pending to pay amount over USD1

Step 1: Access the above url.

Step 2: Login into the system using your credential.

Step 3: Select "Float Account" > "Account Statement" from menu bar.

Step 4: Click "Request Convert To Float" button from top right.

Step 5: From there, tick and choose from list of pending to convert to Float Account
