WDG observes the same public holidays as Malaysian banking institutions.
If banks in Malaysia are officially closed due to a public holiday, WDG's office will be closed.
During these periods:
Customer enquiries will be responded to on the next business day.
Requests that require manual processing may be completed once business operations resume.
Online services and account access remain available unless otherwise announced.
