To verify your bank account, you are required to upload a supporting document that confirms your bank account ownership.
Please ensure your document meets the requirements below before submitting your bank account for verification.
Accepted Documents
You may upload one of the following documents:
- Bank Statement (with the bank's official letterhead)
- Bank Passbook (Bank Book)
- Bank Account Opening Letter
- Bank-Printed Account Information with the bank's official stamp (bank chop)
Note: A bank statement without transaction history is acceptable, provided the required account information is clearly visible.
Document Requirements
For a successful verification, your document must:
✅ Be clear and easy to read
✅ Show the bank's official letterhead (for bank statements)
✅ Display the full Account Holder Name
✅ Display the complete Bank Account Number
✅ Display the Bank Name
✅ Match the name registered on your WDG account

Bank Account Ownership
For security and compliance purposes, the Account Holder Name on the submitted bank account must match the name registered on the corresponding WDG account.
Individual WDG Account – The personal bank account must be registered under the same name as the individual WDG account holder.
Non-Individual (Company) WDG Account – The company bank account must be registered under the same company name as the registered WDG non-individual account.
A third-party bank account is any bank account that does not belong to the registered WDG account holder or registered company. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spouse (husband or wife)
- Parents
- Children
- Siblings
- Other relatives
- Friends
- Business partners
- Another individual
- Another company or organisation
If the Account Holder Name on the bank account does not match the registered WDG account, the bank account verification will be rejected.
