KYC Verification (Malaysian)

Malaysian applicants are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their account can be activated.

Please ensure your documents meet the requirements below before submitting your application.

Eligibility

You are eligible to complete Malaysian KYC if you:

• Are a Malaysian citizen.
• Are 19 years old or above.
• Register using your MyKad (IC Number).

Documents Required

Please upload:

• Front of MyKad
• Back of MyKad

Accepted file formats:

• JPG / JPEG / PNG
• PDF

Document requirements:

• Full colour
• Clear and readable

Watermark 

To help protect your personal information, you may add the watermark:

Adding a watermark is optional and is recommended when sharing your MyKad online.

If you choose to add a watermark, please ensure it:

• Is placed at the top right corner in a diagonal position.
• Does Not cover your:
  1. Face photo
  2. Name
  3. IC Number
• Remains clearly visible.

KYC Rejection Reasons

Your application will be rejected if:

• No MyKad is uploaded.
• The MyKad is submitted in black and white.
• The watermark covers the Name, IC Number, or Face.
• The Name or IC Number does not match the MyKad.
• The applicant is 18 years old or below.

Submission Checklist

Before submitting your KYC, confirm that:

✅ Front and back of your MyKad are attached.

✅ Documents are uploaded in full colour.

✅ Images are clear and readable.

✅ Registration details match your MyKad.

✅ Watermark is correctly applied.

✅ You meet the minimum age requirement.
